He may still have testosterone, but won't be producing it..so, for a little while, yes, he may still have urges..but not for long..
He can't make babies, at all...

Yes. I had both of my dogs neutered/spayed at the same time. He still wants to mount, the female is usually uninterested, but they still "do it".

No he will not be able to do it... Well not past going through the motions anyway.... Most dogs male and female go through the motions some time or another... It is a dominance thing....

my male dog is neutered and tries but so far failed to mate with females.
if he manages to 'go all the way' at least she won't get pregnant.

How did you do that? You should have got the vet to do it.
They seem to lose interest so dont do much humping.There is no such animal as a female dog,its like saying a female bull.The name is bi tch.

he may try, at least until the hormones change..3-6 months.after that, I've never heard of a male anything trying to hump a female....in the animal kingdom that is....

Yes, he can he just can't produce any off spring. there really isn't any thing different about him. He just has no nuggies any more and their just in the way any ways. He's better off with out them truly. in joy the great time you get to spend with him.
