It depends.
If you are very lean and have no six pack, you'll probably see a bit in 2 months. If not, I doubt it. If you want to improve your physical appearance, don't focus on you physical appearance. Focus on your health. If you do 30 min of cardio 4 times a week, do weights 3 times a week and eat healthy and the proper amount of food, then you'll feel healthier right away and as a bonus, start looking good in 2 or less months.

From what I've read and my personal trainers, it's not the matter of how many sit-ups that you do that determine how your abdominals will look. You must keep to a strict healthy diet and have a strong cardio routine. In fact, if you do too many sit-ups, you can overdevelop the muscles and get a bloated look. Plus if you just do sit-ups you only work out one part of your abdominals (upper front). You have to also work out lower and side abdominals as well as your lower back to get a more defined torso.

Dude, 1000. that a lot. there's really no need for 1000. instead do 5 set of as many as you can do. and eat lot of protein. and yes you will see results.

You sure you can actually do 1000 a day? I have trouble doing a 100 and I'm still fit.

The second day you won't be able to breath or move. Sore muscles. Work your way up to that amount. May I suggest push-ups instead. They will work almost your entire body whereas sit up are a local thing and not all that effective.

I agree w/ Aaron S, it plenty of protein, have a stong continuous cardio routine, and stay dedicated..don't cheat yourself....be aware of sodium levels because that makes you hold water and appear fatter..eat at intervals , I liked the idea 3 meals three snacks, just make sure they are not fat packed and logged w/ sugar..good luck

I ask why? are you training for the Guinness world book of records!? because if your not ! i see no reason for doing that many sit ups! when there are other ways to achieve the same goal with less stress
