I've heard all sorts of different things on the internet about it. The main reason I'm interested is because it is also supposed to nuture your hair and nails. I want to loose a few pounds for halloween and I've been working out and dieting (i.e. eatting healthier not cutting back calories and starving myself) but I've only lost 2 pounds and my stomach still has the "pooch".
I'm really picky about any chemical I put in my body, I rarely ever take headache medicine so I want to know personal experiences with it.
Or can anyone recommend something?
