girlfriend doesnt know it but iv her email password and msn too and i find dating site contacts on her msn plus emails from ex's calling her sexy this and sexy that. its a relationship all in her terms am i a mug that needs to dump her and be on my own to find myself or am i just paranoid?

You want us to be blunt... well you need to be blunt with her!
Show her hard evidence because liars are good at what they do and she'll have you conviced that you're mad.
But at the end of the day its down whether you are strong enough. I'm in a similar situation and until I am strong enough, nothing will change.

The first thing you do is talk to her about it. Tell her you know it's wrong to have her passwords etc, but now that you do and curiousity got the best of you, you want to know what's up with all of that. Don't get mad or angry, just ask. Tell her you are really into her and you feel because of this that she isn't into you. See where the talk goes. If she gets mad or becomes a drama queen, it's not worth it. Move on and find someone that will treat you with respect. You deserve that.

Dude, you have access to her email and msm, and you've looked at both!!!! That's a huge NO NO, she'll flip if she finds out (been there with a mobile phone incident).
How would you feel if she'd don this to you?
You obviously don't trust her or you wouldn't have looked in the first place. Did you find what you were looking for? Without trust a relationship is worthless, get out but confront her and face her with the truth that you don't trust her.

Hmm...Do u love her? If you do, then you should trust her, isn't trust one major part of why you love her+isn't it how this relationship works? Even if her ex's emails her sexy this and sexy that stuff....do you know that she responds to her ex's emails??? She might ignore them or maybe she was about to trash them before you hacked in!
u could talk to her about it and tell her truth, i know the truth always (not always but sometimes) Hurt yourself and others but every girl loves a guy when they're honest (it shows that a guy like yourself is willing to tell the truth and BE A MAN to show that you didn't mean to hack into her account...but you were just really concern about her.....just don't make up any lies cause even myself hate it when guys lie...BE HONEST + BRAVE)

I don't know how you could have been any more responsible or careful. The pill, spermicidal condom, emergency contraception? IF the condom slipped and IF you got any sperm inside you, the spermicide would have killed them and IF NOT, the emergency contraception would have! Like everyone else says, I don't think there's much chance at all that you have conceived. For future reference, I think if I worried that much about avoiding pregnancy, I don't think I would ever want to have sex in the first place! LOL Stop worrying, I'm sure everything will turn out fine. : )

I wouldn't be so harsh as to say you are a mug and that you need to find yourself.
I would, however, say that you almost certainly don't deserve to be treated in this way (nobody should be treated like that), and that for your own self respect and sense of worth, you need to get out of this relationship.
It's naughty of you to be looking at her personal stuff, but it sounds like you had your reasons for doing so. Hopefully next time, you'll find a girl who doesn't give you cause to want to vet every aspect of her life and with whom you will feel happy and secure.

You must have had some douts about your relationship in the first place.If you had not,you would not have looked at her personal details.Relationships are built on trust.You don't want to be doing this through out your relationship.Time to have a long talk and a long look at your relationship.If you cant work it out, time for you to both move on. There are a lot of girls who are friends with their exes, who will still call them sexy, etc. Is there ever any mention of you, her boyfriend in them? The dating sites, that would make me ponder a little. You need to get rid of her and move on.

Once you sign in Datin website, they becomes after you, everyday mails and all that. So becareful.
Don't tell her you have got her password. Just talk to her and tell her that you suspect her that she is flirting with others and all that. If she sticked to you really positively (appologiesd) then don't dump her. Otherwise do.
