is there anything Ican do to feel more comfortable?

Try starting a regimen of sit-ups: start small, perhaps 20 or 30 a day.. then work up to doing a couple hundred a day.

Slowly reduce your caloric intake by a couple hundred calories a day to slowly lose the weight.

Drink lots of water. Stay away from alcohol, fat and sugar.

Buy a cool belt and some nice clothes don't tuck the shirt in....women don't mind alittle weight in the belly. I wish I could put some weight on.

well for one, try improving your posture; you'll be amazed on how much slender you'll look when you sit up straight with a flat back.

and two, start doing some cardio to get rid of that extra flab around your middle, cardio is the best way to loose the stomach fat...

Sit ups etc. even while ya watch T.V. Eat less fat, ask your Dr. about Relacore. Suck it in!!
