I agree with 100%. Maybe not 100% direct victims but everyone has been or will be adversely affected by it at some point. I never used to be racist but now that there are policies to help black, Asian, and other people to get jobs, and rules seem to be bendable for foreigners and non-whites, I now feel oppressed in my own country. I know for a fact that I have had problems for the simple reason that I am a white English person in England.

Not as many as you may think, b/c racism is controlled by people in power.Racism as a whole is widespread, but as eveyone knows most people keep any racial opinions in check. So based on your question and who might be a "victim" I would say 29%

I QUOTE -

KM "It depends what you mean by racisim - apart from colour, does it include, discrimination against gays, the disabled etc...?"

You total tool. Racism is discrimination against a race.
Not a sexual orientation.
If you don't like gays that isn't racism it's homophobia.

The disabled aren't a race!

When people are asked 'What race are you?', they don't respond 'I'm disabled'. HAHAHA. Well maybe you do.

You certainly are mentally disabled though you f e c k i n g moron.

33% ??
Who knows - you haven't really defined the criterion

A more interesting question might be how many people are or have been victims of bad spelling, punctuation amd grammar. The numbers of those are rising!!
