I have lost 33.5 pounds since July 15, 2006. I have a former pastor who has lost 13 pounds from Sep. 29 to Oct. 8. We both are using Stack Body Tune Up weight loss system and Advanced Cell Therapy energy drink. I also have a friend in Australia who lost 40 pounds in 43 days on this system.

You need to eat small portions throughout the day, eating large portions twice a day is not going to help you lose weight!
Also, because you are excercising, you are probably gaining muscle which of course weighs more than fat.
Drinking lots of water is good, so is eating lots of protein. You should lay off the bread and pastas. If you eat salads, use the light dressing that's available at the grocery store.
Since you're already a good size, losing 20 pounds in a month will be difficult. But if you keep up the exercise you'll "see" the results more than if you were to look at a scale, because of the increasing muscle mass.
Just don't starve yourself, that just causes your body to retain fluids and hold onto whatever food you eat thereafter, no matter how little.

132 is actually a really healthy weight for your height.
Do you WANT to give him the lap dance? Do you enjoy putting yourself through all this?
Starving yourself is the worst way to lose weight, because once you start to eat normally again, you'll gain more than you lost. Eat healthily, eat a calorie level that would be a maitenance level for the weight you want to get to, and exercise a LOT.
You probably won't lose 20 pounds in a month if you do this, but if you lost 20 pounds in a month, you'll just look SICK, and that wouldn't be a very sexy lap dance.
If your boyfriend wants a lap dance and thinks you're sexy now, then you're sexy and you're fine.
(By the way, I'm five feet and a half inch tall and I looked my absolute best when I weighed 130 pounds. I got down to 110 once and just looked BAD.)

You should eat a health breakfast. People who eat breakfast are lighter than people who do not. You should also drink milk and make sure that you eat a healthy lunch every day and a sensible meal. Your portion size should be the size of your palm. You need to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day and and also some resistance training. Walking and running will help. Always workout before breakfast or 2 hours after you eat. But actually, without a doctors supervision, you should only lose 2-3 pounds a week. Good luck.

To help lose weight while exercising you could take a dietary supplement like Slimquick or Trimspa. But 90 min a week of cardio isn't very long at all. I would suggest running continuosly for 25 min (about 2 and a half miles) everyday walk every 5 minutes for 2 minutes if your not in shape. Every other day do nonaerobic's like lifting wieghts but continue to run (best if you run before you lift). Let saturday and sunday's be you off days. Eat healthy. Its not good to starve yourself. Your metabolism works better if you eat healthy snacks all through out the day for example fruit. Drink plenty of water and get enough sleep.

112 might be normal for your body type, but losing 20 lbs in a month when you are that petite is quite unhealthy, no matter how you're doing it.
My best advice is to go for muscle tone, rather than a specific pound goal.
You should also note that in the community guidelines of Yahoo! Answers, there are specific rules against advocating anything "that glorifies self-harm, suicide, anorexia, bulimia, or any other practice that is clearly unhealthy or harmful.", so it might be difficult to find the answers you're looking for here.

Plan A.Eat a light breakfast very important do aerobics or cardio using light weights to vwork out more the triceps and speed the process.Eating fruits is important. Plan B. you may whiten your teeth at the dentists and they will give you a Diet plan so your teeth will be whiter and you could lose 20 pounds in a month plus u will have your teeth whiten.

It's not worth hurting yourself over. This is your man, he must like you the way you are, so is such a drastic weight loss really necessary? I think you should take it easy. For the strip-tease, wear a bustier with cups you can move out of the way, and just leave it on, it will make you look slim and sexy!

You are not going to lose that amount of weight in a month. It is not healthy don't even try it. You probably don't need to that much weight.
