What a scary thought. I've been a Democrat all my life. But I will never vote Democrat again after finding out the Democrats care nothing about middle class AMERICAN CITIZENS.

I don't think even the Democrats are that liberal, they are making promises they cant possibly keep.I was a liberal Democrat for years ,until I saw them consistently giving away everything in the country to anyone with an out stretched hand.
They and the Republicans are fancy talking right now, they would promise voter's anything to get elected.I'm not going to believe any of them until I see it.I am crossing party lines and voting for the candidates that can serve the needs of all people, not just one ethnic group. This pandering is nauseating. It wont last and the outcome will not be as they expect.
Any person that hasn't shown a strong stand against illegal immigration and a desire to secure our borders will not get mt vote or my support money.
No I don't think the Democrats will give amnesty to all illegals, its not a workable plan .It didn't work last time and it wont work this time.Bush is a lame duck president, what he wants doesn't matter now,not about this issue. He couldn't force it thru with a bull dozer.

No amnesty

The only difference between a Republican and a Democrat is the color of their ties/dresses.
The former borrows to spend. The other, taxes and spends.

29 Democratic members of the House of Representatives voted for the boarder wall. Guess where the rest of the votes came from?
Can you honestly single out liberals for the mess this country is in? Could a left leaning administration do any worse than the dolts that now control the House and Senate?
You need to change your mantra. It is as hackney as Conservative ideology.

As for promises, I have a bridge for sale, cheap! Don't be naive!
All politicians are liars. They will promise you anything for your vote; and than it's too late.

You know, my brain tells me there is no way Kennedy will lose - he is Massachusetts' royalty.

However, I think he may come closer to losing this year than in any year so far.

Illegal immigration is a big topic, even in Massachusetts.

And 1) I don't know if they will give amnesty. And 2) no, we would not be better off.

We need a third party.

Excellent question Alberto and thanks for asking it.

A vote for a democrat is a vote for amnesty, it is that simple. Dems look at the illegals as the next voting block of victims that they can save, they are running out of victims fast and need more before they fade away into obscurity.

The "liberals" you mention are not liberals at all, they are SOCIALISTS with fascist/communist tendencies and they will destroy this country in a heartbeat given the chance.

I'm confused, win what? They may win the house but the senate is very unlikely. But not the white house and Bush might just might veto anything that did that assuming they could get it through the senate.
Do you think we are better off with leaders like, Bush,Chenny,Hastert.

But as for your question, no.

Nothing will be done about immigration. As for Americans being better off, if you like higher taxes then you will be better off.

Actually, it was George Bush who wanted to grant a 'path to citizenship' for illegal aliens. It benefits the Republicans far more to play nice with the illegal immigrants. Bush and his crony Fox have a nice little plan that will make both of them more money.

Let's get the Republicans out so the Dems can do something about our border security - something this administration has failed to do for six years.

If the Democrats win they are going to try to balance the budget, that means more taxes, and the issue of illigal immigration will become a secondary issue.
