ummm....well first you should at least ask her if she likes you or something dont just suddenly go up to a random person and be like...i love you......what if someone did tht to you?.....if youre sure she likes you and youre going out....then thts okay....but dont push it.....just be nice to her and flirt wiht her....i kno thts kinda a girl thing....but it always works.....say nie ctuff to her...like shes prettyy and stuff like tht....it always works....i would kno....lol good luck!

Do not do it. And especially don't say 'wuv'. Keep it for meaningful moments, if you say it too often, it can start to get creepy.
