There's this really, smart, shy guy at my school, but he's a senior and I'm a junior. We only have one class together, and that's a 30 minute lunch block and completely crowded. I'm new to my school, and I'm really shy, and so is he. I know a name and a face, and we said hello to each other once, and that was durring a cross-country meet and we haven't talked since then. But every time I see him in fire drills or hallways at his locker (across the hall from mine) he takes a quick glance, and then quickly turns back around. I don't really know what to do in this kind of situation. I do want to say more than hello and keep a conversation going... but we're both so shy....

>> Help please... ? MUCH appreciation.

I used to be like that and sometimes revert back if I don't watch it, if you don't be aggresive and go up to him and YOU ask HIM out, you will wait 4ever,this guy probably also listens to what his freinds have to say about you too so I would definitely be discreet about it so as not to embaress him.

You can say hi but I doubt it will affect much since he's a senior and you're a junior, it really complicates it because there's something with being a senior that makes you feel cooler then everyone else and 95% of seniors wouldn't go out with a junior because it would ruin their reputation. I had the same problem with my boyfriend except my boyfriend wasn't as cool as the rest because he is the punk type not a jock or anything.
