NO
I guess we means USA, because no other country likes poking their nose into other countries.
If its wrong for countries to have nukes, and therefore to test them, why dies USA have nukes.
If USA agreed to get rid of its nukes, and to stop selling them to Israel, then the world would be a much safer place.

Actually this question is moot as we have never ended the Korean War. There is no peace treaty in place. Never has been and there may never be either.

So the reality is we ARE at war with North Korea, just a prolonged 52 year truce. This is why there is a demilitarized zone between the north and south in Korea.

I actually feel that we should stop war-mongering. If the US feels threatened, eliminate the threat. None of our enemies are backing down nor are we winning their respect, by being the worlds' police force. Contain our borders, protect our citizens and eliminate the ones who terrorize us. Eliminate the ones who protect the terrorists. The soverign US must remain soverign. We need to replace those bumbling idiots in our democracy and take our own country back. Capitalism was NOT our fore-fathers dream. Fair and equal opportunities for all Americans, not just the power hungry. That doesn't mean war. It means NO MORE!

No, they havn't done anything. They want a place on the world stage and nuclear weapons gauruntee that, which is America's fault for having so many and only listening to other countries that have them. Of course nukes are a bad thing but you can't blame others when you aren't scrapping your own nuclear programe.

No, just keep them in check, hopefully via the UN. The whole regime will collapse of its own accord in due course. Just remember the USSR. Who would have said that would collapse?

Only if they pose an immenent threat, I think the guy just wants to try to get us to offer him incentives to stop. I do not think we should give them amnything except food.
