Hi pranmaster, this is not a full answer, but it'll point you in the right direction, and maybe make you think of other sources that you could consult on the internet.

1. The Institute of Race Relations, earlier this year, claimed that there have been 68 racist murders since the death of Stepehen Lawrence 13 years earlier. That would give an average of 5 murders a year. You didn't say what you wanted it shown as a percentage of (e.g. all murders, all crime, all population).

2. (a) There are those (opposed to multiculturalism) who will claim the numbers are really much higher, because racist murders of white people are not shown in the statistics. (b) However this claim itself does not go unchallenged.

3. The Home Office states that the majority of victims of racially-motivated incidents are white, but that the chance of being a white victim of a racially-motivated incident is considerably less than being a black or Asian victim. Whilst the (linked) report does not appear to mention murders, it will give you much more information on racially-motivated incidents. The Home Office website has several more relevant and interesting reports - you should scout around. [Just be aware that there are tables that show the ethnic composition of those murdered or that of murderers. These are for all murders, and not specifically racially-motivated murders. These tables can't even be used to calculate inter-racial murders - don't get confused.]

You can't tell how many people are killed due to racism as a percentage because you can't always tell people's motivation.

I don't know what the % would be, but when you find out could you pass the info to me. I am not a racist person and can't see why people are. My step father is but tries to pretend he isn't.
