I was told by my consultant (bad back) to get an air walker as its a good work out, helps back muscles, legs, and just about everything else. I can't use a rowing machine because of my back tho so i'm biased!

my mum actually just bought an air walker for £60 including delivery from a UK site but i can't find which one! doh!

If you want to lose weight from your bust, you need to start doing some chest press or peck flies. This will increase the amount of muscle you have in this area and will help you lose the weight more quickly.

Important thing to remember is muscle burns fat.

As for cv, why dont you try jogging a mile a night instead? This coupled with the weights will definately give results.

well, I think if you're looking to lose weight then an excercise bike is perfect for that, but out of those 2 I'd choose the Air Walker, the rowing machine is mainly used to gain muscles, not to drop the pounds.

Excercise bikes are pretty cheap now a days anyway, so you can save some money on it.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a skipping rope, skip for two minutes, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a simple, effective workout that will progress results than a long run or swim.

I have to say, just out of personal preference and totally not based on any kind of scientific fact or belief.
I would say the air walker.
I bought one from ebay for £21, I had to go and collect it but I was drivng down to Derbyshire that week anyway, so just coincided it with my planned visit.

An Air Walker will give you a better workout and burn more calleries. It is also easier on the joints, less impact.

Music making you eat more. According to a study by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to definitely take time over your supper, so you consume more foodstuff. So, switch off – silence will make you more aware of what you’re adding your mouth.

Set performance-based goals. Always set yourself incrementally larger goals each week to be sure you’re engaged and have something to strive for. Each little achievement is also an incentive that you’re going in the correct direction. From doing 10 more squats to mastering a new yoga pose, whatever floats your boat.
