I have a former pastor that has lost 13 pounds from Sep. 29 through Oct. 8 by using Stack Body Tune Up weight loss system and Advanced Cell Therapy energy drink.

Eat and DRINK less than 1500 calories a day. COUNT THEM ALL... NO MATTER WHAT.. If you can do this, the weight will come off. The fewer calorie intake the better. Also if you can work out, thats a plus too, I recommend weights because its easy and the more muscle you have the faster you burn calories. Good luck

Cut the amount you eat, drink more water, exercise more you can lose 5 pounds by Halloween.

Honestly, you should have started earlier...eat 6 small meals a day. That's the healthiest way I know. Also, drink about 80oz of water a day, that's about 3 liters (those large water bottles)
