I recently started talking to a guy. I asked him if he was talking to other girls and he told me he was.
Would you talk to him knowing this? I am very interested in him. What can I do to get to know him better?

If you like him, then I suggest that you do. This coming from a guy. If you just started talking to him you can't expect him to drop everything unless he sees that it is going somewhere. He is honest since he told you the truth, you could've said no just as easily. It will never hurt you to talk to him, if it starts progressing and he keeps talking to the other girls then you might want to rethink it, but for now go for it.

I am not sure if you are referring to the internet. If you are talking to this guy on the internet and asked him if he is talking to other girls on the internet, or if this is a guy you actually see on a daily basis and he is talking to other girls. But, If he is on the internet and you haven't met, and he is talking to other girls....... I would take it for what it is, a flirtatous friend that nothing is ever going to go anywhere, because how he talks to you is EXACTLY how he is talking to all the other girls. And, if he wants to meet you, he has and is meeting the other girls too. I know, because my ex was doing that. We were together for 4 yrs yet he told ALL the girls he wan't with anyone and he talked to all of them the same way, and has met all of them in person.
If you are talking about a guy you are talking to in person.... and he is talking to other girls as well..... just get to know him and let him get to know you and see what happens from there..... don't be pushy and let him make ALL the moves, right down to being the one that asks you to go steady with him. Last I checked , talking to other people was not a bad thing.
It sounds like you are the jealous type. People get to know each other by talking , that is how you and others make a decision on who they date and who they keep as friends.
If you really like him, accept what he does and get to know him better, as he will get to know YOU. If you are meant to be with him because he likes YOU for who you are then don't worry about him talking to other girls. Eventually he will slowly stop that if he gets into a serious relationship with you.

first off... what do you mean by "talking"
1) Screwing - no, i would go after someone else.
2) Dating - depends on if it is getting serious with him and the other girls or if he is just casually dating to find a good match - go for it.
3) Talking - it's just talking it means nothing.
4) In a Relationship - let it go.

you could never have anything serious with this man you will with no doubt in my mind get a broken heart. you can have him as a friend plus benefit- or dating pluss seeing other peeps. he's the type that need lots of female attention- and if you get with him it's gonna be like he's your child checking his phone making sure he is where he is- girl save your self some heart break and gas in your car!!!
