id say before it starts to dry out a good 3 to 4 days.

In my household, not very darn long. I have to put the fridge on high security to even think about taking a slice to work the next day.....oh are we talking before it spoils? couldn't tell you, my guess would be a week.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Thus as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

if it's not cooked and is fresh from the farm, it may last up to 7-10 days.

If you're not worried about it being slightly dried out, it should be good for at least a week.
