Fetish Party Invites... Any guys/girl going to a Halloween party with a guy dressed as a woman?

If so, what are they going as? Wearing? I would like some ideas for a friend.

I am. The guy said he'd put on a pair of heels, and wear a skirt. What else is he wearing? I have no idea, I guess I'll just have to see.

Hey, if it's good enough for Uncle Miltie... seriously, I never have. But I've had friends show up as women, usually in evening dresses and heels and wigs. They said they got them at Goodwill. More of them dress like characters from Rocky Horror, though, although it'd probably cost more.
