If it is civil court you will lose by default and the person suing you will get everything they have asked for. They can then put a lien against any and all of your personal and/or real property. Your credit will immediately go into the dumper.

If it is a criminal subpoena you will most likely be charged with contempt of court. At a minimum you will have to pay a big fine and could go to jail.

Ignoring a subpoena is never a good idea.

I guess you aren't going because you are illegal? In Tennessee, at the very LEAST you would have your license revoked and would be ticketed for no insurance, regardless whose fault the accident was.

If you are illegal and you do not appear in court?....hmm well they can't make you any more illegal but you will have an arrest warrant issued for your arrest.

Judge will issue a bench warrant and you are going to have some jail time. I hope that your state's attorney makes you pay retribution.

Nothing for you. You illegal aliens just run back across the boarder for awhile until things cool off. Then come back and change your name again.
