I really want to go after the bum[s] who left her in a family way. I had explained to all of the neighborhood cats that she was going to get fixed and one, if not more of them, ignored me and took her anyway. My question is in the state of Washington how hard is it to go after kitten support and what kind of visitation do the father[s] get? What are my cat's rights?

Try as you may, you will not be able to influence your kitty's choice in "boyfriends". If you try she will only rebel. She is her own kitty, and you need to respect it.
Your relationship with her will improve when it is based in mutual respect.
So in order to find out the identity of the bum, tell your kitty that you understand her need to live her life, and make her choices. Have her invite him over for a tuna snack so you can meet him.
When he shows up, kill him. Then take her to be spayed.
You're on you own with the kittens. Several fine suggestions above...

You might want to consider finding a vet who will do kitty abortions. In all states cat daddys have the right to spend their visits yowling at your window. If you and your cat are not prepared for the expense of raising baby cats with no support you would do better just to have them aborted. Otherwise these baby cats will wind up in a shelter where they will be put to sleep or outside where they will probably die slowly and more painfully. Part of the 'kitty abortion ' involves spaying the cat so that this problem will not occur again.

You have no rights to kitty support since it is hard to DNA test a whole neighborhood of cats. Just keep her happy and then when the kitties are old enough find them good homes.

LOL no, seriously, you are never going to be able to prove paternity on this one. Why didn't you keep your cat locked up if you were going to do this. A cat can breed with multiple partners and have kittens from all of them. Good luck, and welcome to reality.

Cats are skanks and even if you could prove the father of this litter she will be onto the next one before they are weaned.

i can advise u its ok to have kittens...if u dont want them then pliz have them injected before again they are on the producing line...now how to prove which one is the father would be quiet hard...i can say go ahead look after the babies and see wat comes next....thats natures call u cant do much...the owner is not responsible after all...ur cat went to the father of her babies...
