My Yahoo! travel Trip # is: 6679 8383 8080. It is scheduled for 10-11-06 from IND to MSY, departing @ 5:55am edt from IND. I'm cancelling because of illness. How do I get a refund for this flight, since I signed up and paid for this extra benefit with the service fee?

What do you mean refund for the flight? Is it a refundable ticket? If it is a non-refundable ticket you won't get money back, but a credit. I have a feeling in knowing how tickets work you aren't entitled to just get your money back. By the way regardless of what it is you need to cancel the ticket not just not show or you will run into huge issues.
Next time try your local travel agent and you will have a contact person to answer questions and concerns instead of an 800 # waiting for the next Representative at Yahoo Travel.
