Since you have processed hair, you should really go to a professional stylist to get the procedure done, and make sure you tell them all that has been done to it, and what you used. If you use store bought items, the results could be disastrous. Take care, and I hope you get the results that you want!

Certain salon supply stores sell what is essentially a color stripping product to get your hair ready to accept the new dye color without patchiness, streaky or uneven color. Use the stripper, rinse completely and then wait a day, then introduce a new color. If you're going for dark, you may have to use a violet-based black to get a truly dark, non-"mousey" color.
Or, better yet, save up and have a professional do it for you. There's a reason they get paid to fix your hair - they're good at it!

It's really hard to get color on color to look right. You're probably going to need to get the recent color out before you try to color again, or you'll end up with something very muddy, even green or blue if you're using any ASH based colors.
Get "The One and Only Colorfix" to remove the current mousey color before you try again. I've found that the mousey colors from from using ASH-based products, so maybe you should try a red-based toner.
If you can afford it, go to a professional because they'll fix it for free if they screw it up.

Go to a Salon and make sure they known you've dyed it before.
--or--
grow every thing out meaning just keep your hair as is and let your hair get cut as it gets long it should get rid of the dye and your hair should be your natural color
I suggest #2 as this won't involve putting dye or chemical on your hair to get it dark and it will give your hair time to kind of calm down from all the dying.
