Treatment will be decided by doctor,...u better go to doctor,,,and ask the right medicine,...However Yes there is solution.
Once u r treated,..even u r under 20 million,...the medication will make ur sperm more active and last longer,..so...dont worry,..u will have children...if thats what u r affraid of.

Depends what causing it.,
If theres no apparent reason for your low sperm count, some people say that keeping your scrotum area cool (ie boxers not breifs), taking Zinc supplements, not drinking or smoking and "changing your diet" (ie living on lettuce and fruit and nuts and taking load sof vitamins) will help. There are various books by an author called Zita West on how you can do this but the diets look really extreme (no this no that cut this out avoid that this encourages mucus in the body so avoid it blah blah). Its all a bit hippyish and based on "Ancient Chinese homeopathy" and goes on about how certain food "increases your chi" or whatever. Personally I think its a load of old rubbish but some men say that "changing their diet" did help so I guess it could be worth a go. I also know infertile couples who tried this "healthy diet/lifestyle change" thing and said it did nothing for them (just stressed them out everytime they craved a choc bar or a glass of wine and we all know stress worsens infertility) and didn't help at all so take your pick.
But if your low sperm count is caused by an obstruction in your testes, childhood surgery, trauma/injury to the testes etc all the organic fruit and veg and abstaining from certain foods in the world won't help as its a physcial problem. In that case IUI or IVF might be a better option.
My fiancee had a low sperm count - it was 13 million per ml ("normal" count is 20 million per ml, but most men have about 60 - 150 million per ml). They told us we'd need ICSI as there was not enough good quality sperm left after "washing" (A procedure they have to do before the sperm can be used) to try IUI or IVF.
And then I got pregnant naturally.
So it can happen.
Inicidentlally, the last "sample" he did, before I got pregnant, his count had gone up to 26 million per ml and that was without any "lifestyle changes" or treatments or Zinc supplements etc. So I guess it can vary naturally.

First some obvious advice: If you smoke, stop. Take a multi-vitamin with some minerals including Zinc. If you wear briefs, switch to boxers (not kidding) Get to a Urologist and get checked for a varicocele. It is simply a vein in the scrotum that warms up the testis and reduces sperm count. It is corrected by a simple surgical procedure.

Take nutrition A, yet do no longer overdose. it truly is going to harm you. Beta Carotene will in all risk do the comparable concern, yet you may take extra of it. My daughter is 23 years previous- through nutrition A 24 years in the past! I gave it to my husband because of the low sperm count huge form and it worked!!

assuming you are male do not wear tight undies!!! dr told my ex husband to wear boxers or none at all keep the boys as cool as possible. also before the next count abstain from sex at least 4 days that way you will get a better count and see where you stand. sound weird but it also worked for my brother in law. hope this helps.
