I could translate this, but I'll take £40 in cash, and in advance, first.

Here's a freebie: WHO is (obviously) the World Health Organisation. But not so obvious to Tasha. She translated it as though it was the word "who", and so: "quién". It should have been OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud).
