I love beer....and obviously it doesn't love me. I have gained alot of weight. If I want to have a good time, what should I drink and not have to worry about my waistline?

Beer doesn't really have fat in it, it's the calories and carbs that are doing you in. Find a light beer that you like, most of them have similiar amounts of calories in them. My fave is Michelob Ultra, it has 95 calories. Miller Lite and Coors Lite are also around 95-99 calories. Most light beers have their calorie content on the label, you just have to find one that you like. And if you like liquor, drink it with diet soda, don't mix it with juices. Also, a lot of people like to snack on junk food with their beer, so be aware of what you're snacking on if you want to watch your waistline.

Green Lite by Rolling Rock is 2.6 carbs carbohydrates and 86 calories per bottle. Any white alcohol with a diet soda back. Red wine especially merlot

Neither beer, nor any other alcohol has ANY fat...at all.
The weight gain from beer and alcohol is from the large amount of empty calories in alcohol.
Drink less, gain less...simple.

There is NO fat in beer.
You probably meant calories.
Of lower calorie (light) beers, sold widely I believe Becks Light is considered the most flavourful in Europe, Sam Adams Light in the USA. Becks may be available in Canada as well in places; Sam Adams unfortunately not, ALAS!!!
