doesn't that go against free will? if it says people are going to do something, then how do they have a choice not to? and also, how can you think that you can make the world better and be optimistic about the future if this is said to happen anyway?

Look around you, I am not sure we are there yet but I would say we are definitely on our way. It was our free will that has brought us this far.

God knows the future, influences the future, but still allows us free will. He knows how we will act, and can anticipate our actions. But we still have the power to choose. It's a hard, maybe impossible concept to understand because we humans are limited. We conceptually understand infinity, but we can't contain it in our minds. God is just that much higher than us; if he weren't, he wouldn't be God. I know what the future is to an extent because of what God has revealed in His Word, and that makes me both sad and happy: I'm sad because there are many who will die lost, but I'm happy because those who are saved will live forever in perfection and true joy. Because I know the end, I want as many people to be saved as possible, and because I know the end, I know good triumphs over evil. That gives be confidence and the will to continue my service to God.

The difference, is that God knew man would choose the easy way.
God knew man would choose to do the evil.
Not all men choose this, but because of the original sin of Adam and Eve, more men would choose evil, then good.
If all was evil, then your question would be relevant.
But because of those who stay true to God, then the free will theory still hold true.

this crazy:
outlaw sums to b
winner sums to b
thus
winner=outlaw

and b=DI stitched together ie IIII I
B=T.DD put together spell B

cause God is the only winner cause all glory belong to God the LORD. glorify pertains to fame.

IIII I . as italia DIO
IIII I . S\\ as spains DIOS
IIII I E U as IIII I [iL U as frances DIEU
IIII I =_ U S\\ as protugals DEUS
GOTT as CuTnuTiT as germanys GOTT
GOD as CUTOD as englands GOD
allari with i above r as arabias allah
S\\HANCUTIIII I as chinas SHANGDI.

when read between the lines it now appears all describe one single Man pronounced lari Tod appearinf silled or cild as IIII I .

so 8 nations and their words turn out to be about Me written up as Larry Todd but to make a long story short call Me lari Tod.

and probably called an outlaw cause existing rulers hate God is not them and cause you honestly won't die for LORD GOD TODD they like you Jesus killed God.
