how can i stop people from booting me in yahoo chat?

don't use chat 2.0 or messenger. you aren't being booted. these programs just quit occasionally for no apparent reason.

use messenger, not a 3rd party program.
check your security settings in messenger.
turn your pm's off to just only friends.
that works for me.
though i can't see what the deal is with yahoo chat much any more... been here since 97 and chat's really turned into drama and bot central.
then they got rid of the user rooms... what's the use?
remember some times yahoo boots users out of rooms due to time and activity.
along with program errors.

1.first thing turn off message from not on your friends list
2. dont use yahoo messenger for chat use http://chat.yahoo.com
or i use a program called yaza from
http://www.yazakpro.com/yazak/
its free to use and update. it works a bit like the mesenger but with a lot of nice tools attached that stops u from getting booted.
