when I go to the hairstylist I have to controll myself,when they shave the back of my neck,I always try to get an attractive woman to do it,if a woman just talks right behind my head and she's hot and has a sexy voice oooohhhh!!!!

Don't place that as a pre-requisite for dating. However, once you and your girlfriend (whoever that may turn out to be) have been together for awhile, you may want to mention that your neck is very sensitive. Since this is not a dirty (in either sense of the word) place, she shouldn't be weirded out by it. This is actually a pretty common place for guys to be very sensitive.

I am the same way. Except a man can just brush the back of my neck and look out... goose bump city is on the rise.
