Do you mean how many underground stations there are on the system, or how many "mainline" stations have co-located underground services?
As in are either/ both Upminster and UpminsterBridge in the frame?

Hey dude, the answer is, 275 stations.
I work for the tube.
London Underground was formed in 1985, but its history dates back to 1863 when the world's first underground railway opened in London.
3 million passenger use the tube every day
All line together consist of 408 km (253 miles) of railway
Including the DL, there are 13 lines on the combine
Hope this info is useful.

According to yahoo there are 134 train stations in London. I don't know whether or not that includes over grounds or not. It may also include disused stations.

However I can tell you there are 5 with an X in the name. I visited all 5 in one day, and had a pint in the nearest pub.

All of them, or none of them. It depends on one's definition of "served".
