Not a one liner, but a great Dolly Parton joke.
The Queen of England and Dolly Parton die on the same day in an unrelated accident. When they arrive at the pearly gates, Saint Peter tells them that he is sorry to tell them that heaven is too full and there is only room for one. Both women are shocked. Dolly asks Saint Peter how he will choose. He tells them that they each have to do something to convince him that she should be the one to get into heaven. Dolly, supremely confident, says she'll go first (in a southern accent). Then she flashes Saint Peter her breasts in all their glory. Saint Peter, clearly pleased, smiles and respectfully requests that the Queen go. The Queen out of nowhere starts using a feminine douche. When she finishes she smiles at Saint Peter. Saint Peter looks at Dolly and says, "Sorry Dolly, A Royal Flush beats a pair."
