My male cat will sit on the half wall in our entry way and watch traffic. One day our oil man came and filled our tank, and then knocked on the door. When I let him in to pay him, my cat bared his teeth and growled at him like a dog, while he was on the wall, and kept growling till he left. Our oil man nervously laughed, and I belly laughed. He never took his eyes off the cat. I think my cat was on to the rising oil prices, and was letting the oil man know he wasn't happy about it.

I got her a bag of 12 kitty toys. I guess I didn't get the one she wanted out of the bag, so she pinned down the bag and dugh through it until she was able to get the big, pink ball out!
Also, she has both OCD and Tourettes syndrome. The OCD causes her to balance on the edges of her litter box and never touch the litter. She then wipes her paws repeatedly on the sides of the box and the placemats underneath. Also, she takes papers and magazine covers and sets them in her box to assure that if she loses balance, she will never touch the litter.
The tourettes is just tourettes. Her eyes wink repeatedly, and her ears flick back and forth. It doesn't seem to bother her, though, so I'm not worried about it.
Oh! And she is OBSESSED with the toilet! Whenever I flush it, she comes running and watches the water go down. My lovable little weirdo.

I love my kitty Gracie with all my heart, she brings me so much joy! Last night she did something very funny, she took her paw and pulled a vent cap out of the floor and hid in the vent... jumps out when someone walked by. I worried she would get hurt, so I pulled her out and put the cap back on, not knowing exactly how it got off in the first place. Took a seat and watched her work, she walked over to it, stuck her paw into it and lifted it out like she had hands... climbed in and waited for someone to walk by and attack. It was so cute and clever!
Kittys are wonderful!

I love it when my cat barks. She makes this little chirpy bark noise when she watches birds outside the window. It's so cute. She loves boxes too. She once got her head stuck in an empty soda can box. I kept hearing something hit the wall, when I went in to look she had it on her head and was trying to walk and shake it off. She was close to a wall and the box kept hitting it. When I called her name she looked in my direction, but all I saw was her body with a box attached to it. Of course I removed it, but it was so funny.

My cat is the opposite of a claustrophobic. He loves being in tight spaces. We bought him this soft box thing that has become his 'cave'. He's very territorial about it. He loves when I do laundry because I bring out the laundry basket (quite possibly his favorite plaything) and he loves to be 'trapped' underneath it. He falls asleep under the upturned basket.

My cat loves to play in my bathtub. I have a clear shower curtain and he will hide as if no one will see him. My bathroom is pretty small and the toilet is next to the tube. Whenever someone gets up from the toilet my cat would try to grab their butts through the shower curtain. This is my third curtain since I got my cat because he keeps putting holes in them. I try to keep him out the bathroom, but it seems to be his favorite place.
My cat also loves to hide in plastic bags and sometimes he will carry the bag around my apartment to find hiding spots to play with it.
He also loves to sleep in my laundry basket. I also have two dogs, two pit bulls, and my cat will sleep in their dog beds and won’t let them get in. He also loves to chase them around the house as if he was the bigger pet. It is cute but I sometimes worry about my dogs; I thought they would be braver.
My mother has a cat that loves to steal her socks and hide them. the socks could be in her drawer, laudry basket, in her shoes, on the floor and the cat will take them and hide them. My mother is always finding socks everywhere.

The cutest thing was if I was crying in my room (for whatever reason...I was a teenager, so a lot of crying going on), she would jump on the bed and pat my hand with her paw and meow really sweetly, as if she was saying, "Don't cry..". It was so cute and would usually pull me out of my funk. The weirdest thing was her fascination with the paper grocery bags. We would put them down on the floor and she would become "psycho-kitty" and launch herself into the bags and go nuts once inside them. We used to add to the psychosis by grabbing the bag with her inside and spinning it around in circles..haha...Cats can be a lot of fun.

The silliest thing that my cat does is when he's startled or surprised he lets out a little "scream" turns and runs right into the wall....what makes this funny is when I am laughing at him (you really have to picture it) he gets angry with me and comes over and jumps on my lap and swats me.

Just this morning I opened my purse at work and there was a toy mouse in it. My Princess Shiraz Seems to think I need toys too, she's always dropping them into my purse or shoes or on my laundry, anything that has my scent. It's wonderful that she sends me love from 5 miles away.
