There is nothing wrong with that. Like you say, you have needs too.

I felt the same way and found a man to meet those needs. It was a mutual relationship. I have since moved on to a wonderful relationship with a man who will make a good father. However, I have remained friends with the other guy. I never see him alone though. One never knows where it could lead and I really care for the man I am with now!

Well I'm not religious, so I don't confuse morality with sex.
Seems to me that being clear that you just want sex is much preferable to wanting sex but getting into a bad relationship because of it.
I say, go for it.
Just don't fool the guys into thinking you want a relationship. Lots of men would be very happy to have a sex buddy, and don't mind being used for sex, the way a lot of women do. (Just steer clear of the romantics, as they will misconstrue your interest as romantic rather than sexual.)

I have been involved in booty call relationships for the past 7 years and see no reason to do differently UNTIL I am ready to get in a serious relationship (which I have NO interest in any time soon) To each his/her own but this is what works for me. I am not a religious person (non-believer) so obviously that helps. I have NEVER exposed mykids to my personal doings and they have NEVER seen or known me to be with anyone but their dads. Its safe sex with a consenting adult and emotions have NEVER been an issue for me or my calls.

I'm a single mom & yes I do get lonely but with all the nuts & pedophiles in the world I'd rather be lonely than take a chance of a nut coming near my daughter

I think as long as you are discreet, careful and the boy toy knows what you're expecting from him up front, that there is nothing wrong with it. You are right, we single mothers deserve to have our needs fulfilled too, and it's not as tabu as you might think.
Just be very careful.

I am single mom, and I do agree that we do get lonely, but I don't agree with going out and sleeping around with people you don't know. Think about the things you could be bringing home to your kids and not even know it.

Well I had a few one night stands and a guy who became a friend with benefits. Worked out well for us both.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.
