ok, well this may sound like gross or something, but i have hair on my arms, and it seems like i have more than all of my friends, and i wuz wondering if girls are supposed 2 shave their arms. cuz i would have, but my mom told me that if u shave ur arms then it will grow in thicker and faster. is this true ? and would it b better if i shaved my arms ?

I waxed 1 of my arms before to see if that was true and it wasnt!! it looks the same as the other arm but if u shave it u will have to do it like everyday that would really suck!

Don't shave your arms. Wax them, if you must do anything or use Nair. Shaving does not increase density of hair. Your mother is repeating old wives tales. Shaving does make stubble.
Hair on women is a turnon to many, if not most guys I know.

I shave my arms, and I've done it for years, and it's never grown in thicker or darker. Just use a good shaving gel.

if it really bothers you, try waxing it. it lasts longer than shaving and the hair begins to grow back finer after a few times. shaving makes it grow back prickly and you'd have to shave about every two days where you'll get weeks out of one wax treatment.
