the company keeps sending pop ups and through the FAQ's the only thing i can do to make it stop is buy the product. what do i do?I have tried to uninstall the software but that cannot work

If you canceled before the end of the trial period then you owe nothing.
The pop-ups are automated and are sent to anyone who had the trial.
Install a good pop-up blocker and ignore them.

THe only thing that will affect your credit is if you refuse to pay a bill. Shutting of a trial agreement is nothing to worry about so long as the agreement ends amicabily.
