I am looking for a fairly cheep laser range finder. The wavelength has to be around 904nM, I would like to pay less than $100. I have checked out Ebay, and am searching high and low.

Im trying to figure out a way to test my Valentine One, I have a K band radar gun, and wanted to do some tests with laser. There are some radar detector testers but they are more expensive than I care to spend. I saw a bushnell laser distance finder for $175, but it was in pretty bad condition. I had a feeling that they were hard/impossible to find at that price.

Any thing that will be accurate will be in the 200 dollar range. There might be some surplus available but the ones that are accurate that I have seen are in the Lab grade and in the Thousands! Accuracy is the factor! Heck there might be one for 20 dollars that is plus or minus 30 per cent!

Around 200 is right!

Why so specific on the wave length? When you start getting picky on the particulars, the price goes up and the intended use becomes suspect.

Trying to treat your muscle sprains, or trying to build a cheap device to interfere with the Police Laser to avoid speeding tickets????

Ditto on the price. The closest I know of is the mid 100's from bushnell.

Unless you have a buddy willing to see you theirs, i think you are out of luck for a good one...I have not seen one for less than 250. If you find a place let me know though.
