Don't know of any British people who would say I'm a silly pom
Pom is a term of mild abuse used by Australians about the British.
Full frontal snogging - that's a new one on me too.
If you are not a native British speaker it is really best to steer clear of slang words as using them incorrectly can be a real problem and cause you a lot of upset.
The best way to learn English is spend time in the country - if you cannot do that - another option is to watch movies on DVD from that country with subtitles so you can match the words to phrases in your own language - or if you are more advanced and want to get the British ear then watch UK movies with English subtitles so you can match the word to its sound.
