TUMMY HEAD AND BRAIN HUNG>
Hot tea with cream and sugar, and Ginger-ale (with Tylenol) if you're queasy.
BIT BETTER NOW?
Orange Juice, water, Gator-Ade as much as you can to rehydrate.
STILL TIRED AND FUZZY BRAINED
Spicy Caesar and Cheeseburger with fries.
Never coffee doesn't taste good after a night of indulgence and it hurts the tummy and dehydrates you more. Yes I know tea has caffeine but it settles the tummy.

Depends on how bad the hang-over is...
Close to puking: sip as much water as you can stomach
Still drunk: Gatorade
Head pounding: Coffee
Slightly hung: Orange Juice

McDonald's Coke. Medium sized. You might need 2 of them but if you get a large then it messes up the coke to ice ratio. I swear, it works every time.

Irish coffee.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_coffee
Rationale: it contains all four food groups (sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and fat) -- which covers the get-better qualities of the hair of the dog, "food," grease, and coffee quite nicely.
