Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients
2 lbs Spaghetti
2 lbs Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Whole milk
3 Large eggs
1 lb Ground beef
2 cups Spaghetti sauce
1 lb Mozzerella , Shredded
1/2 cup Freshly grated romano cheese or parmesan cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
Boil spaghetti until Al Dente drain and set aside.
Mix ricotta, milk and eggs together in a small bowl; add to spaghetti and stir together.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and press spaghetti mixture into it until compact and even.
Cook ground beef in a large skillet.
Drain fat, removing as much as possible.
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Spread evenly over spaghetti base in pan.
Add Mozzerella over meat mixture, then add the grated Romano on top of that.
Bake 20 minutes.

2 cups canned diced tomatoes
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons House Seasoning, recipe follows
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 small bay leaves
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
1 cup grated cheddar
1 cup grated Monterey Jack
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a stockpot, combine the tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, onions, peppers, garlic, parsley, seasoning mixtures, sugar, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil over high heat, and then reduce the heat and let simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Crumble the ground beef in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until fully cooked, with no pink color remaining. Drain the fat from the meat, and then add the ground beef to the stockpot. Simmer for 20 more minutes. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Cover the bottom of a 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan with sauce. Add a layer of pasta and then a little less than 1/2 of each cheese; repeat the layers, ending with the sauce. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Top the casserole with the remaining cheese, return it to the oven, and continue to cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 more minutes. Cut into squares before serving.
House Seasoning:
1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Here's an unusual recipe for a spaghetti frittata. It sounds gross, but it's really good!
Combine 3 eggs, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over spaghetti that has been warmed in an oven-proof skillet. Heat the mixture on the stove until the egg is half-way cooked. Transfer to a 400 deg. and cook until egg is cooked thru. Slice it like a pie and serve. Yummm!!! This will serve 4.

Cook as you would normal spaghetti with sauce then add 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and mix place in casserole dish add 1 cup cheese sauce on top and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in oven until golden brown

BAKED SPAGHETTI WITH CHEESE
Spaghetti
1 jar sauce
American cheese slices
Bread crumbs or croutons
Prepare spaghetti and sauce as normal. Place spaghetti in a 13x9 baking dish. Pour sauce over and mix. Place slices of American cheese to cover top. Top with bread crumbs or croutons. Bake until hot and cheese is melted.

I season the meat with onion powder, garlic powder and pepper and mix the sauce in. Top the noodles with the meat sauce, for a 9X13 use one carton of cottage cheese on top of meat sauce or vary amount according to pan size. Then top with layer of colby/motzrla cheese blend and bake in the oven around 350 until cheese is melted and starting to brown. If you let sit for a few minutes when done baking, it won't be watery. boil the spaghetti and toss it with your usual sauce, mushrooms peppers, onions whatever else you want. put it in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top and maybe cook it 30 minutes. keep checking it to make sure it doesnt burn at 350F

put on shredded mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese on top of that. Then put on spices that may be good, such as oregano, italian seasoning, etc. Then bake it until the cheese is melted.
