as a lesbian i know it doesnt matter where you meet the people but instead what you want out of them, and especially what you let them know upfront that you will not tolerate. you have to go out with the knowledge of what you want in a girlfriend, and once you begin to meet women, measure them up against your "check-list" and when they definitely do not have the qualities, quickly dismiss them, because if not you just fool yourself into believing that because you like them and they seem interested too, that it could perhaps work. be smart about who you let in your life, mind, body and spirit. good luck.

Its best to be straight. God made Adam and Eve. but to answer your question just look for someone who has the same values morals and goals you do
