ok so i have been trying to get pregnant for the last 2 years since my mc and have had no luck...till maybe now.. i haven't had a full period since the week of june 3-7 and in july all i did was spot once in the morning for 2 days.; since then i haven't bled or anything... for me normal signs of pregnancy don't apply as i experience them when i'm about to start... however i have never been so hungry all the time like i am now and on top of that i can only get like 5 hours of sleep before i wake up wanting food. is this a possiblity? could i finally have my dream come true? if you don't have a serious answer then please don't respond
thanks to all who help

i cant go to a doctor because i dont have health coverage but the last job i had provided coverage and i had nothing wrong with me. i took one test in august and the other 2 in septemeber.
i am in great health and have been for years but because i misscarried my last child i have had a hard time conceiving and i am told that thats normal.
thanks for your answers but telling me to go see a doctor is not the answer to what im asking. there is no answer just a matter of opinion.
so unless you want to pay for my doctors visit then dont say go to the doctor.
thanks a ton

OK GO to your local health department and get a pregnancy test there. its free. also if your pregnant they will assist you in getting medicaid to help pay for medical costs while your pregnant. and yes HPT can be wrong ive had a couple false negatives

if you have been taking 3 test since June, chances are very very slim that they are wrong. However, in VERY rare cases, a woman will not ever get a positive on a preg test.

I would see a dr who will give you a blood test. Have you been tested for polycystic ovarian syndrome or a low thyroid? That would explain your lack of menstruation and difficulties in getting pregnant. Once you get those problems treated, it will become easier for you to get pregnant.

Edit:

Well, if you can't see a dr, try taking something like vitex. It's cheap, but I hate to recommend something without knowing the problem. Chances of you being pregnant are very slim. If you can't afford to go to the dr, how are you going to get prenatal care? (I am NOT saying you shouldn't have kids because you can't afford a dr, btw, I was just wondering. I didn't have health insurance when I got pg, either, so not judgment here.)

And it sounds like you do need to see a dr. Some drs give care on a sliding scale, or you can visit your local health dpt and talk to them about your pregnancy symptoms. Do you know any nurses? Try talking to someone who can help you out better than we can on the internet.

Sometimes when you take a pregnancy test your hormones aren't strong enough for the test to detect it so you should go to your doctor and get a blood test!

I would go to your doc. and get a blood test done. Also, I've heard that the new confirm clearly test (the reusable/refillable kind) gives false positives. (just wanted to let you know in case that's the kind you used!)
