i think you're reading way too much into him. he's just getting over the gf...or maybe not. try not pursuing it for a little while, and then come back to it...if it was real, he'll be waiting with open arms.

He likes you, but it depends on what you mean by "Does he like me or not?" In what way?
If you mean like/could love then it's too soon for him to know that yet.
If you mean like/wanna shag then it's a yes but it could just be a one-night stand.
If you mean like/likes so far then obviously otherwise he wouldn't have continued talking to you.

I am thinking, that he still wants play with other women while he plays with you. I can't be sure for you sound british, so it could be different. I genuinely thinks he is not wanting to be tied down to one young lady.
