could mean that it is carrying a virus
but that is unusual with no sender or title
i would be very careful on how you handle it.
do a couple of virus scans and make sure it is safe

I would leave those alone. They could be viruses and stuff, usually if you look at the size of the file you'd notice it being quite large. Just don't mess with it.

I've gotten quite a few of these and I've only opened one. It was a not so nice thing that I sure wouldn't want my grand children to get a hold of. If you find out what they mean would you please let me know too.

i dont know but i get them too and i just dont open them i delete them i mean most likely its a virus or something right
