Start by doing 200 minutes of cardio a week. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. I did actually lose my mommy pouch this way.

The best way you can get rid of your pop belly or pooch is not by doing a certain AB exercise or by using the latest AB gadget---its through Proper diet and exercise.
Sit-ups, crunches, AB lounges, & other AB gadgets all play a very small part in getting rid of your pop belly or pooch. Doing a 100 sit ups a day may help you build a six-pack but what’s the point of you building a six pack if you can’t see it while all of your belly fat is covering it up?
If you have enough money to spare…buy one of those AB machines or gadgets that you always see on those infomercials. When you get your AB product I bet that they will give you a free guide on how to diet and exercise properly.
They do this because they know that doing AB exercises alone is not the key to getting rid of your midsection. They know that the only way to get a ripped midsection is to diet and exercise properly.
As far as getting rid of pop belly or pooch…AB exercises play a very small part. You should devote 90% of your time dieting and exercising properly.

A woman friend of mine in the Marine Corps just had a baby and she's already looking very good again. Her stomach is flat like it used to be, so yes, it's very possible.
It does take a little discipline and the right knowledge about proper diet and a little exercise.
Really, it's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be. Once you learn what to do, you've just got to keep with it.

Reverse crunches
on your back with your arms either down at your side (for more support) or stretched out to each side (like a T - more advanced) lift your legs straight up (bent knees for beginners) and using your lower abs exhale as you lift your hips up off the ground - it is a very small movement so don't expect to raise them up very high - go as slow and as controlled as you can
Plank
on your stomach - lift yourself up onto your elbows and toes, keep the back straight and hips lifted (if you need to just lift up on your elbows and knees) and pull the abs in toward the spine - hold for a count of 10 (don't hold your breath though) and lower - go back up and hold for 15 and continue to increase your time

No. you would be able to desire to alter your weight loss software and do extra cardio to flatten your "abdomen." by potential of ways, it is not stated as "abdomen." it truly is stated as "abdominals" or "abs" you would be able to desire to devour extra fit meals and much less energy. No junk meals and soda. devour a good number of culmination, vegetables, and drink a good number of water. and you'd be able to desire to do a good number of cardio (which includes working and leap roping) to have a flat abs. take a seat-united statesalone won't flatten it properly, was hoping I helped.

I've always heard that you should run and do alot of cardio exercises. Most people say do some crunches but they only makes the fat in your stomach harder!

There is no way to spot reduce. you would have to do crunches everyday! use the medicine ball too.
