I would just flat out tell her that you aren't interested in her like that. Its not like youare trying to impress the other sister or it would even matter if the younger one took it the wrong way. Dont BS her. It will only attract her more. Girls have a tendency when crushing to take it the wrong way like flirting. Just stright up tell her. Its the truth and sometimes the truth hurts and there is no other way.
