Last year I meet a wonder guy who is 13 years older than I am. After dating him for about a year i intriduced him to my mom. I was shocked to find out that he was her first boyfriend and lover. My mom said it did not bother her that we were dating.
The catch is that my grandmother told me that my mom was still in love with Chet. I have began to notice that since Chet and I moved in together my mom has started to visit a lot and when she does she wears shorty shorts, low cut shirts and often only wears a thong under her dresses or skirts.
Chet says he was way over mom a long time ago. I asked mom and she said she was over Chet but he still had magic.
My mom had a crummy life after she had me and ended up marring a couple of dead beat men 4 to be exact.
I went to college and meet Chet there who is a college professor.
My question is do you think I should worry about my mom and Chet. Mom is going to house sit with Chet when I go to a convention in Maine next month.

My mom had me 3 days before her 14 birthday and no Chet is not my dad. Unfortunately that honor goes to my uncle who began molesting my mom soon after her moved in with my grandparents.
We are not Jerry Springer Material. I ahve been in support groups and know that I am not the only person that this has happen to!

You are kidding right? Why would she house sit with your BF regardless of the prior circumstances. . this sounds too bogus to be true. . .
If it is true. . not to worry. . .Chet is not going anyplace he has not been to before. . .Also, if he is only 13 yrs older than you, how old was your mom when she dated him? 11? Since you had to be born after she dated him, in order for him to be her first lover. . .none of this sound real. Better check to see if he is your father. . .*sheeeesh*

I wouldn't let her house sit at all. Ask him to go with you. Or just talk to her and tell her that you trust her so she might feel guilty and maybe she'll behave. But I would worry. Especially if she's acting like a H$$$$ teenager (sorry). There is nothing wrong with you dating him, you had no idea they had been together before! So I suggest you just talk to her.

First things first...why would you want to date a college professor that likes little girls, he probably new who you were when he met you and he will probably deny it until he is blue in the face. Dump him before you get hurt, for your moms sake you should dump him and not cause a riff in your relationship with your mother over a man that likes little girls...

it's a hard situation... on the one hand, you have no reasons not to trust your bf or mom, but on the other, you doubt wethere it's all over between them. anyway, i'm quite a broadminded person, but still wouldn't date my mom's ex. he was your mom's 1st lover, and it's natural that she tries to attract him again. talk to her, ask her to be very honest cos the happiness of both of you depends on your mom and her feelings. Good Luck!

Um yeah! Sounds like your mom is a S L U T!!! I would worry and not trust either one of them!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make sure you tell your b/f how you feel. Be honest and if your gut tells you that he's not trustworthy, then you're probably right.

Um yeah. I would worry about it. Mom had him first, you're just a child in this situation. I mean, not really, but to her.... your feelings arent as real as hers. Or atleast thats how shes acting.
Maybe you should help her find someone.
