i heard recently about some thing called economic citzenship which is basically you provide a conuntry with money and they count it as economic contribution to the country and then this country gives you its nationality some southern american countries do this and i wanted to ask if its done by any european countries or if any one knows an easy legal way to get a european passport please share your experience

I doubt very much that you can pay to become a citizen of a European country. And that is a good thing. In the UK, Mohammed Al-Fayed has tried on several occasions to 'buy' a passort, and even though the guy owns Harrods, he hasn't got one.

Your best bet is to run the hundred metres in under ten seconds, and hope that the UK makes you a citizen so you can represent them in the 2012 olympics...
