Just find something small and that doesn't make noise when you eat it that you can sneak into your mouth.

Wouldn't that depend on the question asked?
I doubt those who ask astronomy questions will have any practical use for the answers, but to have their curiosity satisfied. Those who ask for advice, when they get what sounds like good advice would likely follow it.
Those who ask for ideas for what to have for dinner, for example, can make very good use of answers in the form of detailed, nummy-sounding recipes.
Do some people give wrong answers and bad advice? Well, yeah, as there's no real quality assurance on this site.
Like so many questions posed on this site, your lacks details or context that would make the question intelligible and answerable.

I used to eat in the library all the time. Just keep it on the low down. Don't slop food on the books or make loud chewing noises and you don't have to feel so guilty. If no one catches you, no one cares.

Food isnt allowed because someone might spill on books, and book repair is expensive, but if no ones looking go for it

most likely no, if you can they will likely have a special room to go into but you will not be able to bring in books or take out snacks.
