It's usually a weird sensation like a rib moved and it might hurt for a couple of minutes, then I'm back to normal....

Your lower ribs expand and contract with breathing. They are known as floating ribs. I am not sure why you are experiencing pain, for this you should see a Doctor. Perhaps there is something else going on.

Yea...when I was in a car accident, my ribs were slightly separated and I had to have a physical therapist PUSH them back together, it was excruciating.... I SCREAMED... it hurt worse to have it pushed back than to have it out of place. For me it hurt to breathe, like someone was sitting on my chest. It could be different for different people, I suggest going to a chiropractor or a doctor, they can tell for sure what it is.

It is probably a hiatal hernia. Especially if it happens when you are bending over and straightening up or if you have indigestion. A doctor could confirm this but not much can be done.
