What the hell gives any of you the right to say that homosexuals shouldn't be allowed to be married? Why does it matter so much to you how other people live their lives? And furthermore, how can you say that you believe marriage should only be between a man and a woman and then say you aren't against homosexuality? If you aren't against homosexuality, then you'd be more than fine with them getting married. People who are gay are just that, people. How would you feel if someone told you you weren't allowed to get married because you are white and your lover is black? Or because you're a Christian and they're a Muslim? We don't mandate marital laws on issues such as these, so why should our government try to stop 2 men or 2 women from getting married? The whole thing is just completely preposterous!!

I believe that gay people should not be allowed to marry. My belief is based on my religious faith, and I believe God only mentions men and women marrying and becoming one flesh to live as a family unit. There is no mention of men marrying together or women marrying together in the Bible.

I do believe that any people living together should be allowed certain rights involving medical benefits, social security, and tax benefits. Whether they be gay partners, siblings, cousins, life long platonic friends of same or opposite sex, a household of people should be afforded rights to same benefits as mentioned as a nuclear family with a father, mother, kids, etc, would have.

The Bible speaks against homosexuals. And, it also says a man shall leave his parents and cling to his wife. This specifically speaks of a man and a woman!

No...it should only be shared between a man and a woman like God intended. I am not against homosexuality though, this is just my opinion.
