just tell her you're not trying to be forward, but you figured it would be better to go with someone (and compare notes and help eachother later) than to go alone and fall asleep half way through. Also, tell her that if she says no, you understand. Don't say "not a date" because if she does like you, she'll be put off. Just ask, and if she says "i have a boyfriend." say that's ok, i didn't mean as in a date, just figured since we both have to do the same assignment, it could help to work with someone on it.

If you have to attend the same concert for class, this is a perfect opportunity to just ask her if she'd like to go. Should be no problem.

I would not approach it as a date. Just jokingly tell her since the two of you are stuck doing this lame assignment that you two should attend the same one and make the project a little more bearable. If she accepts, see where you stand once the "date" begins. If she is single feel her out to see if you can tell what she is feeling for you. If you sense mutual attraction, I say make it more like a real date! Good Luck!

just tell her that you don't want to go to a concert alone. she has to go to one anyway! i bet you she doesn't like goin alone either. and the two of you can do your reports together, therefore possibly get a better grade. everyone wants a better grade. flat out tell her it's not a date, just school related. let her that there are no strings attached. even though you may feel differently, lead on as if you don't care if she goes with you or not. have a carefree attitude like you bumped into her and since you both have to go, might as well go together.....why not? tell you don't care if she does or not and don't get an answer on the spot, unless she seems excited about the idea. sound good to you? good luck

Yes you should. For one you are not really asking her on a date...you both have the assignment to complete and it is also a perfect opportunity to spend time with her to see if there is any interest or possibility of a real date in the future. Besides it wont be so boring if you go together. Go ahead and ask her!

Definatley! And pay for her ticket for "dragging her there to help you". Ask as casual as possible, remember its an assignment. If anything, dont even make a move at the concert. After the concert, ask her if she wants to grab a bite to eat or a drink. Then, you make your move. Good luck!

Of course you should. Go for it. Tell her it would be more fun if you guys go together. Maybe before you can go get some dinner and drinks. You have to make it seem like its for school purposes only at first but then gradually get the feel of how the nights goin.

Go for it! What would it hurt.....seriously just let her know that you really don't want to go to the concert by yourself and think it would make it a little more bearable if you were accompanied by someone as herself.....she'll either say "yes" or "no".....what are you waiting for....ask her already

You have to ask, its the only way you will know if she has a boyfriend or is even interested. You dont have to go into your feelings for her or anything at that point, just ask her out.

Yeah just ask her. It depends on how well you know her on whether it sounds like a date or not, but you don't really have anything to lose. If she has a boyfriend, she'll probably tell you if she thinks you're interested, and if not, she'll be pleased!
