Water and lots of it. Water in your hand 24/7 and walking or more!! I've learned a lot with my years on this earth and that is one of the most important lessons I ever got.

Calorie burnt > Calorie consumed = Weight lost.

I have tried pills and the weight will stay off for one or two weeks and come doubling back after that. I finally managed to lose 10 kg in one year by working out 3-4 times every week and having a healthy diet. Try to eat more 'live' food (ie vegetables and fruits) and cut down in refined carbs. The plus side - more energy and greater self confidence. Good Luck !

Advanced Cell Therapy (ACT) is touted as the first healthy energy drink. If you are looking for energy, then this may be the route you need to take. I use this. It comes in a pouch and mixes with water. I use 1/2 of the pouch with 8 ounces of water in the morning and 1/2 of the pouch with 8 ounces of water after lunch and it lasts all day long. It doesn't have a kick like a Red Bull or Monster. It just makes you feel good and gives you a feel good, alert, clarity type of feeling all day.

I am also using Stack Body Tune Up and have lost 33.5 pounds since July 15, 2006.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

The answer is that NO DIET pills are good to lose weight!!

What you need to do is get into a program like L.A. Weight Loss, Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig!

I USED to take diet pills too! The weight would always come back!! I went on L.A. Weight Loss and have kept 20 pounds off for 10 months!!!!

Instead of diet pills, supplement your diet with drinking green tea!! It's got amazing health benefits and it's no calorie! Also, eat as much organic foods as possible!

It's not the food that's making you fat - it's the garbage that's put into it! Follow a rule of thumb - if God didn't make it, don't eat it!

That means no chips, weight loss bars, etc.... Nothing pre-packaged!!

Eat out of the exterior of the grocery store and you will find that the weight will come off like crazy!!! Stay out of the aisles!!

Oh yeah, and CARBS ARE NOT bad for you!!! That's a total B.S. lie!!! You'll find that you will lose weight and still enjoy bread!!!

Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

I have never found any pills to work except ephedra and that is really horrible for you. Eat plenty of radishes and lettuce, fill up on berries and kiwi fruits, and don't even think about french fries and milkshakes. Top that off with small portions of grilled fish and chicken breasts and you will be fine.
Try walking fast or running 2-5 miles a day for a month or so and you will definitely see results.
Good luck.

im did loss my weight by trying this medication. Every morning i take one capsule of duromine 30mg,(to control my appetite) before breakfast, juz after breakfast i take one tablet of mediaaxal (for the metalbolism rate to go fast). In the afternoon try to take some food, fruits or yogurt, biscuit less cabohyrat, and take one more tablet of mediaxal, and at dinner, take juz a slice of bread, high in fiber, before sleep take again the mediaxal with senokol for your free bowel prb. And to add juz try some vitamin. Im taking arcolin (sulbutiamine) for the brain. Try to do some simple exercise for atleast half and hour a day, or 20minutes if u cant. Dnt juz relax and u have to take some food at a right time even if u not hungry juz to avoid gastric. Try it u may loss some weight in a week ... Good luck. i did loss abt 12kg in 2 months .

If you want to lose weight taking a pill that's not a drug, that's totally illogical and makes no sense. If you're looking for something over the counter (not by presciption) they all work about the same, that is, they DO NOT WORK.

No pills work... you get the yo-yo effect, you lose but then you gain and probably more than you lost. you need a well balanced diet with fruits and vegetables, low carbohydrates, low fats. Most of all you need an exercise program too.
